THE OFFICIAL LIST OF CANDIDATES OF THE FIRST-EVER MISS KASANGGAYAHAN PHILIPPINES
After nearly 40 days, the search for empowered women to be named as the official candidates of the first-ever Miss Kasanggayahan Philippines has now concluded.
From 236 initial applicants, the selection was narrowed down to 146, then to 103 pre-qualified candidates. On August 18, we finally found the fifty (50) remarkable women we’ve been looking for, along with three additional outstanding and charming candidates, making a total of fifty-three (53) official candidates moving forward to the next stage: the COMPETITION PROPER.

The Miss Kasanggayahan Philippines Pre-Qualification Process Kicks Off
The halls of the People's Mansion in Sorsogon City were filled with beauty and purpose from all over the nation for the pre-qualification process of the first-ever Miss Kasanggayahan Philippines, on Sunday, August 5.
The arduous process was headed by the Sorsogon City Mayor and Executive Vice-Chairperson of Miss Kasanggayahan Philippines, Hon. Ma. Ester Hamor, and the Sorsogon Tourism Provincial Officer, Mr. Bobby Gigantone.
The 236 applications are being meticulously reviewed and decisions are being made on who will move forward to the Grand Screening on August 18, 2024.
We are excited as we continue the search for the empowered woman who will be crowned as the first-ever Miss Kasanggayahan Philippines.

ABOUT MISS KASANGGAYAHAN PHILIPPINES
In celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Kasanggayahan Festival, the province of Sorsogon launched its first-ever nationwide search for Miss Kasanggayahan Philippines.
Anchored on the 7K Program of the Governor Edwin “Boboy” Hamor, Miss Kasanggayahan Philippines aims to find a woman who will embody its ideals and aspirations and serve as an ambassador and support in spreading its positive impact not only in Sorsogon but all over the nation.
It also shall highlight the province’s tourism campaign, the BEAUTIFUL SORSOGON.
